Best Shinjuku Modern Full-furnished Apartment1 ONLY 2min to Shinjuku by Train

Pros: The host was very kind and helpful, he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The location was great, close to konbinis, bus stops and train station. The place was very clean and have everything you would need. Highly recommend this place and would book again when I come back to Tokyo.

Location is great, the host is superbly very nice and helpful, neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

Pros: The location is very comfy, very close to bus stops both to Shinjuku station and to Shibuya 109. A family Mart is also very close in front of the bus stop so it is very comfy to drop by the fam mart to buy food for dinner and / breakfast in our room after comeback from sight seeing.

Cons: Although the room is not spacious (like the most common condition of the apartment/hotel room in Japan), turns out it is just fit three us with three luggages very well.

Pros: If you mainly rely on the subway to get around the city, be prepared for a short walk from the station to the apartment. However, if you are familiar with taking a bus, it would be easier to catch a bus at Hsinjuku station and save some commuting time. The host was extremely hospitable! Not only did he give us a detailed room tour, but he also shared many local travel tips with us, including some hidden gems. It's a great opportunity to stay here for a few days and truly experience how the locals live, what they eat, and what they do. The local shopping street has a nice vibe - not too fancy, but very cozy. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a more immersive travel experience.

Cons: If you are traveling with kids, make sure they can lower their voices at night as the neighborhood is pretty quiet.

Pros: Great location, excellent communication with host, all very easy.

Hosts recently acquired the building and are very attentive.

Pros: Host was extremely communicative and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Great bakery 5 min walk away.

Cons: The bathroom and kitchenette are older. The location was not as close to Shinjuku as we thought, felt a little out of the way. 10-15 min walk to the Hatsudai subway under the Opera City Tower, then a ride to Shinjuku station. Bus options may be better depending on where you want to go.

Pros: Family by 4, the accommodation was compact for us. The beds are comfy to get a good sleep after a long day of walking. The bathroom and AC are in good condition. There are bus stops to Shinjuku and Shibuya very near, the train station is convenient too. Overall quality is true to its price. The host is surprisingly friendly and very supportive during our stay. His recommendation is superb. You can really trust him 👌 10/10 experience. However, this place is located in a quiet neighborhood, so it may not have many things to go for during night. Take this into your consideration. It was more than enough for resting.
