Great location just quite small. Not ideal for a group as big as ours

Pros: Property was in a great location - close to train stations and Shinjuku. The property was clean and tidy and decently comfortable.

Cons: We went with a group of 8 people so it was quite squishy.

Pros: The room is clean and tidy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a convenience store nearby.

Cons: The downside is that the accommodation is too far to walk from Shinjuku Station, especially with luggage.

Basic accommodation in good location with a nice view.

Pros: Very nice location in the center of Shinjuku with a nice view at a reasonable price. Clean and in good shape. Nice and fast communication with the owner.

Cons: Very basic interior, no comfortable seating for 6 people. No coathooks.

Pros: When I made the reservation, I was initially concerned because there was no specific hotel or accommodation name provided. However, my worries were unfounded as the host provided clear and detailed instructions. Everything went smoothly—simply search for the given location on Google Maps and enter the provided code to access the apartment and retrieve the key. This two-room apartment is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, TV, balcony, and air conditioning. The location is incredibly convenient, with Higashi Shinjuku train station just across the street, less than 30 meters away. There's a convenience store right down the block and across the street, and two relatively large grocery stores are located just behind the block. Additionally, nearby shops include Daiso, McDonald's, and Don Quijote. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Tokyo in the future and will recommend it to friends and family. Thank you!

Cons: One thing only but not really a problem. There is no place to hang clothes.

Pros: Spacious apartment, good location, quiet, and clean ! Host also allowed us to keep our luggages in the room on the last day until our taxi arrived to drive us to the airport which was very helpful !

Great stay, exactly what was needed

Pros: Very large and spacious, nice beds and good lighting. Good location too!

Cons: Could do with a floor towel or mat in the bathroom

We had a good stay, it had everything we needed.

Pros: Very close to the station as well as a close 7eleven. Nice view from the balcony and close to everything, very central.

Cons: One of the bedrooms didn’t have a window and there was not a lot of storage space for luggage.

We have 7 people staying here and it has been great. Great place at great location.

Pros: Location is great, there is basic needs outlet, super markets, food cafes etc below the house and also opposites. Train station is just across the road. House is clean, spacious and with required facilities. Everything is as what you see on the photos. Family has enjoyed the stay.

Cons: There was feedback that there is no hanger for clothes. Small matter. There is only a toilet and bathroom so you would need to manage the time if you have more people and if individual takes long.

Overall great place for a family to stay and have easy access to Tokyo to explore

Pros: The location was perfect and apartment size was decent. Also, very attentive host.

Cons: Not having closets made it really hard to organize our belongings.
