Pros: Great crew!! Ever!! Very very very kind and professional.

Pros: I like the daily breakfast but would be great to have more variation like eggs and a variety of pasties.

Pros: Was worried that this was too cheap for a hotel in Tokyo, but concerns unfounded. New hotel with nicely appointed rooms. Bed/pillows a bit hard, but otherwise no complaints at all. Breakfast was included and each day there were range of sushi things with different filling, croissants, and either bread or rolls. Also soups etc, coffee, juice. Great start to the day. Stored our luggage afterwards. Close to train station. This is part of a chain of hotels which if they are all like this would be very nice option at a bargain price. Can book directly on there website and if join as a member then get earlier check in and discounts.

Cons: pillows and bed could have been softer

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly, very easy to talk to and they are happy to help.

Cons: Nothing, it was reasonably priced and there's nothing wrong.

Lovely stay in Toyoko-Kayabacho

Pros: Clean rooms, have water kiosk, very nice breakfast (can eat in the room), with enthusiastic and helpful staff. They give you clean towels every day, and the Kayabacho metro station is only 3 min away. In exit 4A, there is an elevator that you can use if you have luggage, so you dont have to lug it up and down the stairs. There are family mart and 7 eleven nearby. Also, yoshinoya is right next to the hotel if you are up for a late dinner.

Cons: Didn't know that we had to put our trash bin by our door to get it thrown away. It's not a big deal, but kindly inform your customers. They are unable to help make reservations for restaurant. It will be great if they can as you need to call for most places, so it will be difficult if you are on international roaming.

Great new hotel for a short stay in Tokyo

Pros: The hotel was new, room was nice and clean, bathroom was well equipped. Staff was very polite.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit repetitive but overall very nice experience.

Great value for money hotel with two minute access to subway and decent size rooms.

Pros: Great location with easy access to JR Metro Kayabacho station. Decent size rooms with nice beds and good size TV. The breakfast is included but to limited to croissants, buns, soup and onigiri with coffee, tea and orange juice on offer. Towels changed daily. They tell you cleaning is every fourth day and amenities are available at reception level. The hotel is striving to be eco friendly and eliminate waste. Coin laundry is on ground floor.

Cons: Check is at 4pm only. Would have liked more choices for breakfast and would be happy to pay for this. You will need to speak and read some Japanese to make your stay more enjoyable and know how to operate things like the remote control for the main room light.

Pros: 朝ごはんをつけていなかったが無料の軽食があり嬉しかった。軽食はおにぎりやパンなど簡単なものだったが何より無料が嬉しかった。おにぎりも暖かくて具もコンビニよりしっかり入っていた

Pros: El personal fue muy amable. Se encuentra a unos 20 minutos andado de la estación de Tokyo. Desayuno bastante bueno.

Cons: Habitación muy pequeña (creo que así son la mayoría de hoteles en Japón). Me cobraron 1000 yenes por desechar una maleta rota.
