Recommend it

Pros: The room is cosy and clean. Nice size for what are you paying

Cons: The only downside is the room has a strong cigarette smell which the can have look into it next time

Best place to stay if you want good location

Pros: Location - 15 min train ride to Disney, 2 stops from Akihabara, 3 stops to Ueno, walking distance to Tokyo station 7eleven along the road, lawson and family mart across the road. Cheap food chains within 1-3 min walk to Sukiya, Yoshinoya and Matsuya. The hotel isnt flash - but it has everything you need. If you’re after a hotel experience, don’t stay here. If you want a decent hotel with optimal location for your Tokyo trip - this is a good hotel to stay in.

Pros: Great location. Literally about 20mins away from most major Tokyo spots. Heaps of food options around.

Cons: No Towel changes everyday.

Amazing location for solo travellers

Pros: I like that it was close to a lot of areas that I was visiting it has the H and T lines for the trains less then 500m away which with connecting trains gets you everywhere there's plenty of local food just down the bottom and karoke down the street staff were super polite and helpful with any questions and it was quiet which was nice Photos are from around the hotel while i was exploring..

Cons: The only draw back was some of the cleanliness there were some stains ob the wall which for the price oh well but the bed and bathroom were both super clean 👌 with daily house keeping there's no issues

Convenient stay for airport transfer

Pros: Location very good for Kansai Airport, checkin was easy. All very clean. Sleeping is on the floor on a futon. I don't mind but do not expect a soft matress on a bed. Nice Nepalese restaurant between hotel and station.

I am definitely choosing this for my next stay, specially if I am traveling solo

Pros: The facilities superseded my expectations. For a budget hotel, this place is beyond expectations. Definitely choosing this again for my next visit. The proximity to the metro station, convenience stores, bank, and the facilities provided are value for money!

Cons: Nothing really. It was amazing!
