Central location right near Tokyo Station, with friendly staff

Pros: The location was convenient and easy to find, only a few minutes’ walk from Tokyo Station. The staff were extremely welcoming, which was much-needed after a tiring flight. I had a good night’s rest here before my early morning Shinkansen.

Excellent location, staff and amenities.

Pros: Location, amenities, breakfast,and the staff were all wonderful

Cons: The hard pillow, but this was very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Close to the train station

Pros: Very convenient for the main Tokyo train station. Room was ok, breakfast adequate

Cons: For one night it was fine. We had difficulty finding the entrance.

Recommended central tokyo hotel

Pros: Very good modem business hotel in great location very close to Tokyo Station. Well appointed, quiet, compact and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast too

Cons: Maybe a bit expensive but that's what you'd expect for a big city location. At first the bed seemed very firm, but no complaints after a night's sleep.

Perfect location near Tokyo station, great hotel

Pros: Very close to Tokyo station which was main reason we stayed there. Large room for Tokyo standards. Staff were accommodating and helpful. Good breakfast and range of food. Staff member managing breakfast room was very courteous and helpful, explains dishes and how things worked. Comfortable beds. Had a twin room

Bang for your buck hotel: everything you need in a fantastic location.

Pros: Fantastic location, within 50m of Tokyo Station exit 22. Rooms are spartan (1BR was a bed, chair, coffee table and bar fridge cabinet) but clean and modern.

Cons: Nothing really, just very spartan rooms. But it is what it is for the price point + location.

Simple, convenient, comfortable

Pros: Simple but thoughtfully laid out room that made excellent use of the space. Location is fantastic, so close to Tokyo station and other subway lines, easy to get to after a long flight. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure and really quiet. Super friendly staff too.

Cons: Curtains were a bit flimsy with no overlap and let in a bit of light, otherwise no complaints
