Location

Pros: Location. Convenient for Shinjuku . Also from Narita Airport. Keisei line to Motoyawata and change to Toei Shinjuku line was cheaper than other options and easier.

Cons: If you are tall ( I am 175 cm) you cannot sit on the toilet Literally! )

Pros: The location was amazing! The bedrooms were lovely and the whole apartment was clean and smelled great. The water heater had a little bit of a quirk, but the owner was amazing and quick with any assistance we needed. I knew that it was a 4th floor walk-up when I booked it so the stairs were not a surprise for me. Overall I think this apartment was absolutely amazing. Not a spider or cockroach in sight LOL. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cons: The GPS location was a little interesting lol. Thankfully the owner made sure we had pictures of what the front looked like so we could find it. And it only gave us a tiny hiccup in the morning when we needed to be picked up by a taxi to get to the airport. But other than that, absolutely zero complaints about this property!

Séjour agréable dans un super emplacement au centre de Tokyo

Pros: Emplacement exceptionnel à vraiment 1mn à pied du métro ! Appartement cette vieillot mais grand. 2 grandes chambres bien séparées. Nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude et les personnes nous ont répondu même tard le soir et nous ont envoyé une vidéo afin que nous comprenions comment remettre en route l'eau chaude.

Cons: L'immeuble a été un peu difficile à trouver alors qu'il est vraiment proche des 4 sorties du métro mais il faisait nuit quand nous sommes arrivés. La salle de bain est vieillote mais fonctionnelle. Les toilettes sont effectivement très très petites mais chauffées :) Et pas de cafards ou araignées rencontrés.
