Somerset Ginza East Tokyo

Pros: Very close to Tsukiji Fish Market and JR station. Only a 15 min drive to Haneda airport. Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful as well.

Cons: The rooms are dated but the location, cleanliness and comfort make up for it.

Pros: Very hospitable and helpful staff. Staff was accommodating and granted me time extension and allowed me to freshen up myself before taking the past midnight flight. Super grateful to them.

Cons: Location may be abit further away but for the price and big room size in Tokyo city, it’s acceptable.

Comfortable One Bedroom apartment.

Pros: The space was just what we needed for our 2 day stay in Tokyo, after a ski holiday in a small room! Friendly staff, BIG bathroom/ laundry area, loads of storage and easy communication with the property. It’s like a regular residential apartment. Short walk to stations. Also interesting to walk to the waterfront / bridges / fish market areas.

Cons: The cold air draft coming from the locked external door in the bedroom. Noisy and cold. Would have liked a basic coffee/tea/sugar/milk kit in the apartment. Would have loved cocoa / hot chocolate option for the coffee- tea area downstairs.

Book this hotel if you’re heading to Ginza

Pros: Huge rooms with washer driver and other amenities. Staff were amazing especially Jun!

Cons: Not the biggest fan of Ginza, I think they’re better areas- albeit the hotel was great

Great location and big room!

Pros: Very good location and room size is much bigger than most hotels near Ginza area. Staff are also very friendly and helpful! Will stay here again when visiting Tokyo for sure and will recommend!

spacious, clean, friendly and convenient

Pros: Spacious room, clean and very friendly staffs. 5mins away from Tsukiji market, which is very convenient. About 10mins walk from train station, which was still reasonably ok. Had sofa, small table with 2 chairs, fridge & laundry machine in the room.

Great spacious apartment

Pros: Apartment was very spacious and had great (albeit oldish) amenities. Fantastic to have the washing machine. Staff was superbly helpful

Fijn hotel met ruime kamers in Tokyo

Pros: Fijn hotel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Dichtbij de tuna market! Ook was de kamer erg ruim, en een comfortabel bed.

Pros: お値段と立地の割に、お部屋の広さがとても満足でした。 マンションの一室のような作りで、キッチンや洗濯機などがありました。お風呂も独立していて、ゆっくり休めました。 連泊するのに快適そうです。 メンバーシップに加入すると、早めのチェックインや遅めのチェックアウトに対応してもらえます。 東銀座駅から徒歩5分ほどなので、どこへ行くにもアクセスが便利です。

Cons: 部屋で着る服が置いてないのを事前に知らなかったです。

房間大、有沙發、餐桌各式廚具可使用，距離築地市場超近，採買超方便

Pros: 公寓式飯店房間超大，又有沙發、餐桌、微波爐、洗衣機及煮食器具，行李箱可以全部打開3個，又大又舒適，而且一樓服務人員非常親切，還特別幫忙準備嬰兒床，並且提供提早入住放置行李，太友善了。
