Strategic location in Shinjuku!

Pros: Strategic location. Very convenient to travel to other parts of Tokyo. Accessible to all types of food in Shinjuku. It’s just wonderful place of stay.

If you want to stay in Shinjuku, this apartment is in a prime location.

Pros: The apartment was spacious by Tokyo standards and well equipped.

Cons: The washbasin and toilet were cramped and poorly designed.

Convenient, cosy, clean with just enough space.

Pros: Conveniently located between Shinjuku and Shinjuku-sanchome station, 5 min to Shinjuku National Gyoen Park with many restaurants / cafes located close to the apartment.

Very comfortable, great location. Can recommend.

Pros: Great location, large apartment with lots of storage space. The bathroom and kitchen were great. Fast responses to messages. Easy to control the heating. Loved that it was so convenient to do laundry. Very clean.

Cons: Extra pillows would have been good, and the beds were a little hard (but maybe ours at home are just too soft). Some other things can't easily be fixed, and anyway didn't interfere much with our enjoyment of the stay: The communal areas (stairs and hallway leading to the apartment) are rather tatty (but they are clean); there is a slight smell of drains even inside the apartment, but this seems to be a common smell from time to time all over Tokyo (and other big cities actually).

Pros: Convenient location! It’s approximately a 7 minute walk from Shinjuku Station. Apartment was nice and clean when I arrived, and the host has added English labels on all of the appliances so that foreigners can understand.
