Pros: The staff is very friendly and attentive. There are plenty of amenities available and the common area is also great.

Cons: We found the bathroom extremely tight. My husband is 1.90m tall and had a lot of difficulty showering due to lack of space. The bed was also quite small.

Pros: The staff was really nice and helped me. At the reception, you could always get new towels and everything else you needed. The bed was comfortable, and the heater worked. The location is great. There's a train station next to it and lots of convenience stores.

Cons: The bath was a bit small (I‘m 6ft), but i could still use everything and i had no problems.

Cozy stay in a small room with a great location!

Pros: The location is incredibly convenient, close to the train station and facilities such as convenience stores, restaurants, and laundromats. Also very safe to walk around at night! The staff are also very helpful with our inquiries and friendly greeting us whenever they see us. :) The room itself is small, but it is arranged in a way that makes moving around very easy and cozy, even for two people. Clean space, comfortable bed, with a small TV for some entertainment and a small bathroom (typical of Tokyo though so no complaints). Highly recommend this place!!

Cons: There was only a small tin for us to boil hot water. Would have preferred an electrical kettle (plugged to the wall) so we could boil more water at one time. Also take note that you will need to visit a laundromat to do laundry as the hotel does not provide this service.

Great value hotel with fantastic staff, an excellent location, and a very comfortable stay. Perfect for exploring Tokyo.

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable for an extended stay, and everything felt well organised. The location is excellent; it’s only a 2 to 3 minute walk from Kikukawa Station, which made travelling to places like Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Odaiba very easy and convenient. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of konbini, restaurants, and supermarkets, so getting food or daily essentials was never a problem. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. They were very welcoming and warm, always greeting me whenever I passed the reception when entering or leaving the building. They were also very accommodating and happy to help if I needed anything extra, such as towels, soap, or slippers, which made my long stay much more comfortable.

Pros: Location was amazing due to its location to the metro access, the family room with 3 double beds was incredibly spacious for Japan. Room was immaculate and clean! Check out was at 11am but we were allowed to leave our bags at the premises until we were ready to leave.

Pros: The staff person on duty was so kind and welcoming. The room was immaculately clean and bedding soft and comfortable. The train station is so close and this makes it easy to get around. Overall very pleasant experience.

Pros: Friendly and helpful, and caring staff. Excellent. The room had everything you needed for a stay of up to a week. Ideal for business work.

Cons: The washing machine was suddenly broken, but the staff gave me compensation for an external laundry.

Good location, helpful staff, rooms could be better

Pros: Location is good, the bus station is exactly opposite to the hotel and the train station (kikukawa st) is also very close. The staff helped us get an extension on our booking through email, we wanted to check in one day before and they helped us well. Also they helped us check in at 1 AM at night which was very helpful.

Cons: The room we booked had twin beds but there was no bedside table which was very inconvenient. Also no charging ports near our beds.
