It will be excellent if the property has a lift but We were happy to stay there for 2 nights

Pros: The bathroom is the most interesting with the heater and dryer

Cons: There is no lift or elevator

Pros: Good location, 10 minutes from the Metro. Food and restaurants close. 7/11 close. Clean tidy apartment. Shower great. Comfortable stay.

Pros: Location and the space. There was a Lawson and 7 Eleven right next door. Metro a little bit of walk away but totally worth it.

Pros: The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Tokyo. Yet, it is conveniently located- near to the Hatchobori train station connecting to Tokyo, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants all around.

Cons: The property manager was hard to contact. There is no elevator. The flight of stairs is very narrow when managing to bring up luggages.

Pros: Quite spacious for this price and walking distance to the train station and Ginza

Cons: Couldn’t find a nice good food store near (just 7/11 and so on), but it didn’t impact the impression of the place.

Pros: The location was great with access to 4 x different Tokyo Subway lines just a short walk away

Cons: We had issues initially getting access and could not contact anyone, it did get resolved and after this everything was fine.

Easily accessible and convenient

Pros: Walking distance to Hibiya Line, Hatchobori Station takes like 5mins. 1 Stop away to Tsukiji Station and 5 Stop away to Akihabara Station from Hatchobori Station Hibiya Line. Bus stop across the street, Shinkawa 2-chome to Tokyo Station. Multiple convenient store in the vicinity, 7-Eleven, Lawson. Cheap breakfast at Nakau across the street.

Cons: Have to detour to Shinjuku if want to utilize Odakyu passes such as Hakone Kamakura Pass, Kamakura Pass.

Comfortable and convenient apartment

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and well maintained.

Pros: The apartment is conveniently located, well-equipped and very functional for our 3-days stay. Close to the metro station of Hatchobori and at 20min walking distance from Tokyo Station. It's not manned but check-in info got clearly communicated 1 hour before check-in time. Size is ok (given Tokyo standards).

Cons: Brown linen are not the best to communicate cleanliness, white would be much better.
