Bespoke Hotel Shinjuku

Pros: We had a wonderful stay of 4nights . Hotel was located near subway. Staff was very helpful. We loved the complimentary Coffee,Donuts and happy hours.

Great location super friendly staff and close to subway and JR line

Pros: Subway at the end of the street (seconds away) JR line 5 mins walk away Safe and friendly environment Will definitely stay at Bespoke again

A cosy and modern stay, if you don’t mind shutting the world out.

Pros: The property was a short walk from the central area with easy access. The decor and aesthetic of the hotel was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful to guests that spoke Japanese or English. Our room was beautifully decorated with comfy beds and a luxurious feel. Food was available for free downstairs in the lobby area- but time dependent as to range and amount.

Cons: The hotels WiFi was terrible. There was also barely any signal or mobile service available. As three international travellers it was disheartening not being able to communicate with family and friends whilst at the hotel. We were on the 6th floor, but even in the lobby the connection wasn’t great. The television only supports Japanese national TV, meaning unless you speak fluent Japanese there isn’t anything to watch. TVs have had apps deactivated meaning you can’t stream from your mobile device either. We didn’t mind and were going to just watch videos on our phones on a nighttime, however this was impossible due to the poor connection meaning we weren’t able to access any form of entertainment during our stay. Although the rooms were super comfortable they were quite cramped given we had three sets of luggage to facilitate, get ready changed etc.

Great location and stylish hotel that is accessible to many restaurants, bars and Tokyo features

Pros: Small boutique style hotel hat has excellent amenities, clean and comfy beds and a fabulous common area for afternoon drinks that are on the house!

Cons: my only complaint was that we couldnt keep the supplied pyjamas :)

I would recommend it to anyone that wants something modern in Shinjuku but make sure you only have small luggage

Super base, great staff, clean and comfy as well as great location

Pros: Everything was excellent - however my view was the wall of the adjacent building - which was not a problem as it wasn't why I was staying there - just a base. Happy hour free drinks and donuts were brilliant

Pros: love terokssss the vibes……!!! 🥳 near shop…. boutiqe…. just walk…. near train station…. staff superbbb polite…. small room but its ok normal in tokyo…. recomended…. 👍🏻

Very clean and close to the stations and plenty of family marts around to get whatever you required.

Pros: Great Location close to Shinjuku station- Loved the happy hour. place was clean - had a paying washer and dryer on the 2nd floor Loved the free bottle of water at the front desk and the coffee, tea and hot chocolate. there was clean towels, disposable tooth brushes and bottles of water left in a bag on the door of your room daily

Cons: The rooms were small and had to pay extra to change to a larger room and a view. The first room we had there was a small window but when you opened the drapes there was a wall on the other side.
