Turkey 🇹🇷

Pros: The hotel is located in a brand new fancy area in Shibuya. It is very modern with lots of artworks around and location is excellence with walk-in access to a great supermarket, lots of restaurants, and also 1-minute access to Shibuya metro and train station. We will definitely take another stay here when visiting Japan with our next trip. Rooms are also very clean and service is excellent Overall, highly recommended place to stay

Pros: The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. In Tokyo that is so important. A 2min walk to the station meant getting around to other areas so easy.

Home from Home Experience

Pros: Clean, comfortable & felt like home. Close to transport, scramble etc. Absolutely loved our stay.

Cons: The only thing would be maybe having bath salts for guests.

Modern casual hotel, ideal for families

Pros: Very new & clean with link to Shibuya Station. No porter to help with luggage whether you come in from L2 or L3. Room is very comfortable & modern with plenty of lights coming in from window. Lots of storage space with a kitchenette & big bathroom & toilet space.

Cons: It is located at Sakura Stage, away from the busy main shopping streets of Shibuya.

Comfortable, peaceful stay in the heart of Shibuya.

Pros: The bed was the most comfortable bed in the world! It was clean and bright and quiet. Loved the kitchenette and washing machine option, plenty of storage space for a long trip too.

Cons: The only thing that annoyed me was I couldn't make the shower head point downwards and I had to hold it to use it properly. But that's such tiny thing it doesn't matter!

Clean, quiet, safe and polite

Pros: Very clean, quiet and perfect distance from the busy part of Shibuya. The gym was small but I was alone every time I went. Great to have kitchen appliances and washer/dryer

Cons: The breakfast choices looked quite limited so we went out for breakfast

Fabulous hotel in excellent area

Pros: Excellent facilities and large room felt like small apartment. Excellent location in heart of shibuya next to Shibuya stage area - perfect for family with teenagers and 80 year old!

Cons: There was not a bar area but loads close by to hotel.
