Very good location, lot of freebies

Pros: Very conveniently located near Shinjuku station. The capsule was comfortable, not very claustrophobic like I had expected (thankfully). The onsen facilities are nice and kept clean. The common area with all the free food, drinks, massage chair etc. is a blessing. There wasn't much of a social atmosphere, but that's something usual for Japanese hostels.

Cons: Packing my luggage was a bit of a struggle in the locker room. Would appreciate if they can have a few tables so one can spread things and pack easily - specially helpful when one has to pack before a flight, haha.

Much more than a hostel

Pros: Value for Money and Location is key for the place, unfortunatly i didnt make use of the free breakfast or diner but its right in the beart of shinjuku and comes with access to a sauna, an Onsen, free drinks every night and theres also a free massage chair. Would 100% stay again, reccomend to all solo travellors

Cons: Open showers arnt really my thing but everyone minds there buisness. I just wish they could do somthing about the luggage situation, very inconvinient the way its all set up.

Will come back a third time

Pros: Facilities were great and very clean and maintained, very comfortable and a nice place to chill especially with the nice selection of free alcohol every evening. Location is also right near Shinjuku station. Honestly would come back a third time.

Cons: The locker/luggage area was a bit tight. The free pyjamas were only one size and a bit bigger than I would like

Pros: luggage storage useful good location, easy to find, lots to do nearby, good base very clean, helpful staff, nice brekkie, good facilities Lots of kit provided (even hair products) laundry available

Cons: nothing bad, but it's hard to get your head round having different levels for sleeping/storage of bags/cleaning/eating etc. also lots of keys if you havent been to a capsule hotel

Very luxurious for a capsule hotel with very good service.

Pros: The artificial Onsen was very nice and the Sauna as well. I also liked the free drink and breakfast options.

Cons: The ventilation was very poor in the capsules themselves, you have a small fan but it only helps that much. If you have trouble breathing then the capsule won‘t help.

Pros: From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away — this capsule hotel in Shinjuku delivered a perfect 10/10 experience. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the station and surrounded by amazing food, nightlife, and sights. The capsules themselves were incredibly clean, smartly designed, and surprisingly spacious. I loved the privacy curtain, soft lighting, and high-quality bedding — I actually slept better here than in many traditional hotels! The shared facilities were spotless and well thought-out: showers were powerful, lockers were secure, and the common lounge was a great place to relax. Staff were friendly, efficient, and happy to help with local tips. For a solo traveler or anyone who wants a blend of comfort, novelty, and value, this spot in Shinjuku is a total winner.
