Pros: Was in a very good location, Shinjuku station very close by. Staff were friendly. Was very clean. Have to checkout each day between 11-15 however, was never an issue as was very busy going about Tokyo.

Cons: Pod was only just long enough. I’m 6ft, was okay but any taller may have issues.

Highly Recommended

Pros: Close to the centre and public transport The receptionists on 24/12/25 helped me a lot when I cut my finger. They were awesome in calling the ambulance and supported us. Some guests are very loud all nights

Cons: I cannot store my lugguage after check out despite staying there for 12 days for 3 people

Capsule Experience

Pros: Fair value for money. It was quite an experience. Wanted to try a capsule while in Japan and I think it was a good choice due to the great and vivid location.

Nice location and facilities

Pros: The bed was comfortable and had a tv! The bathroom was spacious and perfect for getting ready in the morning. Location is fantastic with a major station less than 5 minutes away and being in a prime bar and restaurant area.

Cons: The bathrooms were nice, however there was always hair everywhere. I can't fault the hotel for that as women love to shed, but it would have been nice to have a broom provided to help keep the area tidy.

Pros: The location, everything is close by in the heart of Tokyo, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of the bathrooms and all areas in general... in short, almost everything was perfect.

Cons: I heard a lot of negative reviews about this hostel, but I didn't notice any of that during my stay. Maybe it was because it was low season and there weren't many people there? But honestly, I had a very pleasant stay.

Convenient and good price

Pros: Friendly staff. Accepted my request on arrival for a quiet capsule. Somehow comfy. Busy but nice onsen.

Cons: Jungle feel (although safe), busy, too busy perhaps. The area around is also too much I think. Good for youngsters. Would not recommend for anyone above 40 yo, even though I had no complain, but don't be agoraphobic ...

Would recommend for solo travellers who dont mind roughing it out! Would stay again here

Pros: - Sleeping pods and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable. - bathroom/powder room provided amenities (disposable tooth brush, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, face wash, hair dryer) - location is good, walkable to a lot of places in shinjuku (Godzilla head is about a 5 min walk), train station is also nearby. Its a great spot to start exploring.

Cons: - space for luggage is quite limited - elevator is small
