Pros: Great location, quiet and respectful hostel guests. Lockers fit your luggage on a different level to where you sleep so no loud rummaging while you try to sleep.

Cons: Self checkin so no staff around but easy enough. Air circulation is next to none when you close the blind and the pillow was very uncomfortable and filled with beads

Pros: Self check in. Did this mostly for the experience and because I was only in Tokyo overnight before going elsewhere. Capsule was larger than expected, bed was firm. This place would be great if you have a tight budget or just want the capsule experience.

Cons: The design allows for a little more privacy when in bed however it is still a hostel and comes with all of the same woes such as queuing to shower, the basement levels with your luggage is cluttered and chaotic with people organising their luggage in the halls. Noisy guests getting into their capsules, chatting and throwing bags around (even though suitcases and talking were not permitted in the capsule room) and a surprise 4am wake up by another guest's alarm. I think I only got 3.5hours sleep, just enough to function for the next day. None of this is the company's fault, just things to consider. You also seemingly can't choose whether you have a top or bottom capsule which is something to consider if you think you will have trouble climbing the ladder. I also had a mechanical whirring noise in my capsule periodically through the night, it might have been the sleep report camera.

Good but cramped

Pros: The location was fantastic, right near to nightlife, cafes, the subway and interesting places to visit. The pod area was quiet at night, people really respect that others are sleeping. The pod had USB charging and the showers were great. It was very clean

Cons: The lockers were too small. Unless you have a small case, it won't fit, so you have to leave your luggage outside of the locker. The shower and locker area felt cramped. The vending machine needed filling up more regularly.

A perfect little hub for a Tokyo trip!

Pros: It felt really cosy and clean. People were respectful and the beds were comfy.

Cons: The locker space could be a bit crowded at times.

Pros: It was always clean, you get a new towel, toothbrush, shoes, and Pyjama every day. The sleeping dorms and lockers/showers room is separate, which makes it calm in the night, because people don’t have to search their stuff in the sleeping dorms.

Cons: The common area was a silent area, which makes it harder to have conversations/ phone calls/… there.

Pros: Great location, the capsule was surprisingly comfy

Pros: the best place if you are travelling alone , super clean and super convenient location, amazing bed ! highly recommend for solo travellers

Comfortable hotel in an amazing location

Pros: Amazing location and well kept facilities. The sleeping was comfortable and the sleep report was a fun addition.

Cons: It was slightly confusing at first to find where to go for slippers/towel/locker but straightforward from then.

Excellent value in a great location.

Pros: Grea location, clean and surprisingly comfortable.

Cons: That there was only one lift. So There were often long waits to go even one floor. You had to make sure you took everything you needed with you otherwise it was a bit of a pain waiting for the lift again.
