Pros: The staff were so friendly, hotel was incredibly clean. Room felt spacious for a Tokyo hotel, and the location was perfect. A really enjoyable stay.

The hotel is ok but the location and the staff will make you come back

Pros: The location was amazing, just 1 minute away from several convenient stores and just in the corner you have have amazing Udons and the best tonkatsu in Tokyo. Also our room had a window. And last but not least very kind and helpful staff. Small tip, I had an amazing morning walk in Ginza (6.00am) and just for that walk I have to say is the best part of the city to stay everything around is so nice and welcoming.

Cons: The hotel in general is a solid 8.5. The room is very small, the bed and the bathroom are not comfortable and the laundry area is a nightmare when you have lots of guest to do laundry and just 2 washing machines and 2 dryer machines. It took us forever to finish our laundry which was just just few things.

Pros: 1. The hotel provides complimentary coffee, yokan, and cookies, and also offers a garment steamer, which is very convenient. 2. It is located very close to Higashi-Ginza Station, and it takes about a 10-minute walk to the Ginza shopping district, making it convenient for shopping. 3. There is a convenience store just around the corner from the hotel. 4. The bathroom is clean and the hot water supply is sufficient.

Cons: 1. There are only two elevators. 2. The room is small, with very limited space to open and lay out a suitcase.

Pros: Great location, situated at prime spots where’s there’s so many eateries around , surrounded by convenience stores , Higashi Ginza station just couple mins away , if not , roughly 8-10 mins walk to Ginza Station

Pros: Great location. walked to many attractions, shopping, theatre, eateries etc. great foyer for gathering at end of day. staff were ace.

Cons: All good. rooms are small compared to hotels in Australia but still comfortable. only at hotel to sleep. went out all day.

Perfect location for the start of our Holiday.

Pros: Location was perfect, close to the Kabukiza theater which we visited. Also close to the metro (direct line from Narita airport with the Skyacces line). We had a comfortable bed and a bath, which was perfect. The staff was very friendly.

Cons: It was a bit juggling with the space in our room, but we were prepared for this.
