Great location and good to have a house by itself rather than an apartment in Shinjuku.

Pros: Close to the Shinjuku action in a local back street area. Good to have a self contained / single house with ground level entrance, rather than an apartment building. The house had everything you need, and multiple bedrooms is a big plus for a bigger group where then everyone can have their own bedroom.

Cons: Some of the facilities are a bit old / outdated, but all work perfectly fine.
