Pros: The place was overall really comfortable and the staff was the nicest! The hot and cold baths and the sauna were some of the best I've been to!

Cons: Although the capsule was comfortable, there was no AC and it was quite hot. The toilet light was a bit bright at night too. It would've been 10/10 otherwise!

Great value for stay

Pros: It was very nice, easy access from the train station, shops very close by, place was clean, friendly staff, over all very positive experience.

Cons: The only thing was accessibility- stairs going up to reception and to the bathroom. Not a major issue just slight inconvenience to be aware of.

Solo travelling ryugakusei

Pros: The Capsule Inn is great for short-time visiting. It’s affordable and convenient, gives you the retro capsule experience. I’ve been there twice now, definite bonus is the sauna & sento area. The location is excellent, right next to Kinshicho station and shops and restaurants just around the corner. And the view from the street to Skytree is icing on the cake.

Cons: The Capsules are a bit old and dusty. The tap water isn’t drinkable.

It was a good vibe but some

Pros: The atmosphere of the lounge area in front of reception was really relaxing. There was something special about travellers, workers and all sorts of people coming and going, while people relaxed or worked in the lounge.

Cons: Some of the staff weren’t very welcoming and felt cold when compared to how they treated locals.

A very nice budget friendly accommodation with a jacuzzi.

Pros: A very nice budget friendly accommodation. Very clean facilities and close to the station. They have a hot jacuzzi (onsen) which is recommendable.

Cons: They don't allow food inside, so make sure you eat out. There capsule was a bit small as im a tall guy and bed sheet wasn't very warm and clean.

Pros: Absolutely amazing bathing facilities (at least for the men) including a super-hot sauna. Bath can be used around the clock, front desk is also always available. There is also a lounge area where you can have drinks and something to eat.

Cons: The lounge area, which was super cozy, was a smoking area so for non-smokers it is unpleasant to relax. Having a designated smoking area (outside, if possible) would solve this. The cabins are ok in size (though nothing for claustrophobic people), but the TV inside the cabin is not necessary. Nobody was using their TV or radio anyway because they would disturb other customers, so get rid of that and make more space in the cabins.
