Pros: It is value for money. People were definitely cool. I saw more women to men ratio at this hostel. Receptionists and staff are very helpful. If we ever visit Akebonobashi, weโll definitely stay here, also bec itโs cheaper af. I would like to add, restaurants around this need pre booking so yall can rely on family marts, 7-11 and kombinis like that. Suga shrine is at a fairly walkable distance(your name staircase) andddd golden gai is like 1.8km from here. Which is a must visit place.
Cons: A little inconveniences here n there, like the toilets donโt have that Japanese heated seat or bidet mechanism, they are normal. But akebonobashi station is so close to it, yall can use the toilets of the station. Lift is kind of funny here, shuts very quick.

Nice spot next to the train station - you get what you get for the price!
Pros: Nice staff, bunks were spacious and nice and quiet.
Cons: Christ the bathrooms were a sight to see. Definitely not the cleanest place Iโve showered but could be worse. I was not under the impression they were cleaned regularly if at all given the amount of hair I could see.

Pros: Honestly not bad. It could be cleaner yeah, and I think especially bathroom slippers would be greatly appreciate. The staff was absolutely lovely so not sure what anyone is complaining about. I appreciated the 24/7 lounge, sketchy a bit tho it may be. The showers are ugh, temp control is almost impossible, the coin system sucks, the pressure is had and the complementary shampoo immediately dried my hair to an impossible level. But they work.
