Pros: Peaceful place, very safe and convenient prices (location itself and surrounding bars/shops).

Cons: Its mocation is not the best, but the price is very convenient and not overpriced as the hostels in Shinjuku/Shibuya area.

Enjoyable

Pros: It’s my second time here, because I really enjoyed my stay here almost two years ago.

Cons: From Ikebukuro to the property I love to walk early in the morning and trying every day to eat breakfast/ lunch in different places. Because there are so many great choices all the way around.

Comfortable, lovely neighbourhood and memorable

Pros: Toilets within the room. Location is in a nice local area with plenty of shops

Cons: Had to place the larger bag at the reception - but that wasn't a problem. The common room is fantastic but there was no socialising going on

Cons: That for going up in the stairs is a little bit uncomfortable. If you have big wallet... You could not go easily
