Pros: Propertie was clean very quiet. Very good facilities to use.

Cons: Only one thin pillow to sleep on.

Pros: Peaceful neighbourhood, clean interiors and hassle free self-check-in. Prices are very affordable

Cons: A bit away from popular areas of Tokyo but connected by metro. The google map location is written in Japanese and was difficult to locate initially. Loved the short stay here

Pros: 簡單、安靜的住宿地點，生活機能很好，有超商、超市，離車站也不遠，還有廚房可以簡易烹調，大廳有300円紅白酒自助，非常特別

Cons: 浴室只有一間，有時需要排隊等，略微可惜

リピートしたい。

Pros: 渋谷から近くアクセスが良い。設備が新しく清潔に維持されている。寝具がフカフカで、綺麗なタオルが一枚あり役立った。またリピートしたい。

Cons: 男女が同じフロアで宿泊するタイプであったため、シャワー室やトイレを使うとき、かち合う場合がありそう。お互いの配慮が必要である。管理人が常駐しないため、非常時に困るかもしれない。

Pros: まさにコスパ抜群。清潔で快適なのにこの価格はとても良い。チェックインの手続きも簡単だった。駅から少し歩くが十分徒歩圏内。

Pros: Affordable and the location near the metro stations. Quiet neighborhood also.

Cons: Only 1 shower, though there are only several beds, it would be better to add at least 1 more shower area. Otherwise, the facilities were clean and functional.

Pros: 設備は整ってました。一部の客が、ダイニングを、独占して居るのが残念でした。殆んど客は、キチンとマナー守ってます。他のホテルでも言える事ですけど。経営者側の努力は感じました。それを悪用する一部の悪質な客だけの問題です

Cons: 在中の管理人が居ないので、一部の勝手な客がやりたい放題なこと、特に、外人は限度を知らない方も見受けられますね

簡單、便宜

Pros: 可以自助check in（到24:00很讚）離車站蠻近的，用不到2000的價格蠻便宜的，床跟棉被都很舒服但枕頭有點扁。廁所很乾淨，女廁有兩間淋浴一間廁所。離超商跟超市也很近！插座有USB的、有衣架！

Cons: 沒有飲水機、10:00退房、退房後放行李的空間有限

安いなら次回も使ってみようかな。

Pros: 清潔感があり、シンプルであった。素泊まりで寝床を確保する意味で言えば、共用部の使用や建屋の出入りも自由で、かなり効率よく利用できると思った。

Cons: ①キッチンや冷蔵庫などのセルフの飲食関係の部分はもう少し使い方のルールなども説明があると助かる。初めて利用した者は、どこまで使っていいのか、それが有料なのか無料なのか共用物なのかお客様個人の物なのか等判断し難い部分が多い。 ②シャワーヘッドが調子悪く、使い辛かった。管理者が把握しているか疑問。
