Cons: Minor communication issues regarding access - didn't receive emails until much later but this was resolved by the friendly staff.

Pros: 1.空間大小算滿大的 2.窗戶的位置也不錯，一早可以有陽光灑落的感覺 3.房間內還有簡易衣櫃，附5-6個衣架 4.有洗衣&烘衣機可以免費使用，房間內也有可以掛衣服的地方（不是衣櫃），洗完的衣服掛一晚就乾了 5.小型廚房：有微波爐、電飯鍋、IH爐可以用 6.附近比較像是住宅區，商店比較少，不過走路3-4分鐘有超市跟7-11，晚上想吃東西還是有得救 7.房內東西算是應有盡有，床頭櫃、小桌子、簡易衣櫃、抽屜式置物籃（？），算是住的滿舒服的

Cons: 1.離車站的距離真的有點遠，最近的車站大概也要走10分鐘，另一個車站要走15分鐘 2.隔音沒有很好，基本上外面的人走來走去都聽得到，我住在廁所旁邊的房間，所以有人上廁所也聽得到，但還好半夜沒有其他房客很吵大聲說話之類的，所以睡眠沒有受到影響 3.床墊沒有很好睡，但這很主觀，我感覺應該是彈簧式的床墊，對我來說支撐不夠，隔天起床有點腰酸背痛

Cons: 방음은 거의 안 되는 수준 2명이 머무르기엔 방이 조금 좁음 생수나 정수기 없음 방에서 쿰쿰한 냄새 약간 남

Pros: I enjoyed my stay here. I was by myself so the room is spacious. Can easily open a checked luggage size. Common places are cleaned everyday. Love the availability of a washer and dryer. I didn’t cook but there’s a small kitchen and fridge. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush set and comb are provided. My stay for my 1st 3 nights was great because everyone was respectful of keeping noise low. On my last night though, somebody was washing and drying clothes until 3am. The washer and dryer are noisy. Rule is, laundry can be done until 10pm only. It is not the facility’s fault though. Location is great if visiting Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree. It’ll just be a train away. If visiting Shinjuku and Shibuya, it’ll be too far. If 1st time visiting and want to visit as many places as you can, I would recommend a more central place. The place is about 10mins away from train station. The trains to and from the guesthouse is not included in the Tokyo Metro Pass.

Definitely worth the stay! I would 100% recommend this place.

Pros: The house is very clean and cozy. I love how it is well taken care of. They are very responsive and was able to address what I needed. I requested to borrow a weighing scale because I forgot to bring mine, and they were able to lend me. It has complete amenities.

Cons: I just wish there's a small table inside my room so I can use it whenever I'm using my laptop or eating. Other than that, everything is perfect!
