Sakura Cross Hotel Shinjuku East

Pros: Good location, close to everything. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Quaint, comfortable and convenient.

Pros: Really loved this place, it’s only a short walk from multiple transportation options, the room was spacious enough for two and the beds were the most comfortable we experienced in Japan. Check in and access was seamless and the property communicated everything clearly and well in advance.

Quiet spot 20 minutes from Shinjuku

Pros: Room was cozy and the amenities were nice. Convenient self-check-in at any time of the day. 10 minute walk to the train station that gets you to many major locations (shinjuku, shibuya, ginza)

Beautiful comfortable bed and super clean and quiet in a good location if you are happy to walk 10 minutes to train stat

Pros: The bed, pillows and doona were so comfortable. It was really quiet and we slept so soundly. The shower pressure was fantastic and the heated toilet seat with all the bells and whistles a real treat. We used the mini fridge and the kettle, toiletries and ear plugs. The TV and Netflix was easy to use. When the bathroom exhaust fan button broke the girls fixed it efficiently. 5 minute walk to Lawson, 7/11 and delicious little restaurants and a 10 minute walk to train station so great location.

Cons: No lift so we had to lug our suitcases up 3 flights of curving stairs. Not really a problem and we had been warned.

Cozy Nice Bed

Pros: The bed is really nice!!! Like hotel bed. Cozy home

Cons: No elevator, be mindful that there's no stairs on the entrance and to the room. Location a little bit of walking around 10m

Pros: Great design of the room. Self check-in. Very fast answer if you contact them by booking messinger service. Very hot water with good pressure in the bathroom.

Cons: A bit dusty in the corner of the room. Need more cleaning behind the bed. Beware, no micro-oven. Only a kettle and a little fridge in the room. No water bottle inside...

Great hotel for a family of 4

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Sakura Cross, easy to access room at check in, spacious room and bathroom for family of 4. Nice quiet location. Highly recommend.

Cons: All was great!

Pros: 8 mins to the nearest subway station. Room is clean although very tight for four people.

Pros: Very good and comfortable room with everything we needed.

Cons: Our room was near the street side and so we heard many sirens from the ambulances going past.

Our family enjoyed the stay in this hotel very much.

Pros: Very comfy bed, like sleeping on a cloud, heated toilet seat was a very pleasant experience, good size bathtub, room was spacious and very clean, towels were changed every few days.They had umbrellas we could borrow when it was raining.

Cons: If you have a lot of baggage, it is quite inconvenient to get it up and down the stairs, but our staff was kind enough to keep our luggage in staff room and bring it to our room upon check in.
