Pros: Staff kindly helped us requesting a cab to the airport. They also disposed of a damaged suitcase we had left without notice. Everything else is exactly as described.

Comfortable stay in a new and clean building in a convenient location.

Pros: The apartment had everything you needed with good cooking utensils, a washing machine, bath and good shower. They also provided a cot for our daughter. Everything was very clean. The location is great as it is a 5 minute walk from uguisudani station which is on the Yamanote line plus there is also a good supermarket over the road and good ramen restaurants nearby.

An easy choice

Pros: The hotel is very clean, close to the shops/convenience stores, and near the train station. The staff were excellent and always available. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Beds are comfortable and ammenities are as advertised. I would stay here again.

Cons: No complaints

A comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully managed stay that exceeded expectations in Tokyo.

Pros: The space was well-maintained, very clean, and everything was new and in perfect working condition. It was also quite spacious compared to other accommodations in Tokyo. The receptionist was available 24/7, extremely helpful, assisted with calling a taxi, and even gave a thoughtful New Year gift.

Pros: Brand New hotel, on a peculiar location, away from the crowds. Very good experience overall.

Enjoyable and comfortable for a large group of travellers!

Pros: New and very clean! This apartment was wonderful for our family of 6 travellers! The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were very accommodating of our needs and welcoming. Having a couple of supermarkets close by helped if you wanted to cook in the apartments.

Cons: Location is not great for tourists. Close to the train station helps connect to major hubs but not a lot to do in the area that we could see.

Great accommodation- highly recommended

Pros: Spotlessly clean, good size for 6 people. The kitchen amenities were very good. Great location with supermarket across the road for longer stays. Not a lot to do in the area though so luckily there is a train station near by.

Excellent Stay in a simple but wonderful hotel.

Pros: Fantastic Room in a good location. Hotel is new and has very nice rooms with all you need for an extended stay. I was impressed with the overall quality of the appliances, lights, beds, etc. Very clean, quiet and well appointed. Easy walk from the JR - Yamanote Line and Keihin Toroku Line - about 5 minutes from the Uguisudani Station. Also a big supermarket is across the street as is a 7/11 and several restaurants. There is also a nice Don Quijote (everything store) right by the station - so 5 minutes away. A subway station is also walkable at about 15 minutes if you get a subway pass and want to avoid the JR fees.

Cons: The train station is a bit of pain as it has no escalators or elevators on the North Exit so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues you might want to consider this as a negative. The South exit with elevators and escalators will add around 5-6 minutes to your walk to the station. The location is also not very exciting or particularly nice, so don't expect to spend much time in your immediate vicinity and it is fairly quiet at night with many restaurants closed after 9pm

Excellent, spacious and comfortable stay

Pros: Excellent spacious stay, amazing location, walkable to Ueno, Kappabashi, ect, easy access from the Nippori station (use the main exit, as the south one only has stairs). There is an excellent supermarket across the street as well. Perfect stay, this is my 7th time visiting Tokyo, and this is a winner for me who likes to come back to a quieter place for sleep. Also you can control the temperature and open the small window.

Cons: Nothing at all

Very convenient for tourists in every aspects.

Pros: The location is good as it is close to the station for Skyliner.
