Great location, small room but matches the price

Pros: Location was great.. near to Ueno. Rooms was reasonably size for the price paid, and breakfast was decent

Cons: Do make sure to take the correct exit indicated... I took the wrong exit and ended up in an area with lots of love hotels. Luckily it was in the daytime so I didn't feel unsafe. There is a flight of steps to take to the train station though so those with large luggage beware!

Cons: Cramped room but ok for all the benefits of the location.

Pros: The location was really near to the station, you can walk and reach. The breakfast provided was healthy and filling, the facilities were also good. It was a comfortable stay considering that the whole day we were out and came just to sleep.

Cons: The size of the room was considerably small compared to the picture of the room that I had booked, that's all

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff, location was very convenient (close to the train station). Washing machine and dryer are a plus too.

Cons: Need to take stairs up/down from/to the station. Not sure if it is easier with you use the north exit. We chose the south exit

Pros: I like breakfast every morning. The staff are nice and friendly. They can help me a lot when I have questions about the location of tourist spots.

Cons: If the space is offered more, it will be much better.

decent stay for short term with refreshimg breakfast

Pros: we stayed 4 nights. had two double bed rooms for 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was clean amd functional. nice traditional breakfast. kind staff

Cons: beds were too soft and you could feel the springs. i would change the mattresses. room is really tiny and you need to be creative to store your baggage.
