Pros: Family room apartment is spacious for our family of 4 and conveniently located near Ueno station to make our travelling to different parts of Tokyo. Also conveniently located near Ameyoko street for shopping and food!

Pros: Great location. Staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Rooms were very clean and well set out for a family. It had everything we needed and we felt safe and comfortable there.

Pros: Great sized rooms, the kids loved the bunk beds and we loved having a bit of space and a table to eat at. Nice and close to the station and plenty of restaurants nearby as well as Ueno Park & zoo.
