Pros: Location is good as it is close to Ueno Station. Small room but very comfortable. Rooms were well equipped with everything you may have forgotten and needed. Generous breakfast.

We really loved the stay, as it offered a perfect basis for exploring Tokyo.

Pros: A bit of walk from the Ueno station, small rooms (but this was expected for Tokyo), great breakfast with fresh udon per order. The location packed with restaurants, bars, close to the park, the Zoo, Tokyo national museum … really great starting point for exploring Tokyo. Conbinis around every corner. The staff was really nice.

Pros: We had fresh towels everyday. Room spacious for two. Location is excellent. Proximity to Lawson n Family Mart.

Pros: Polite and professional staff, AC, convenient location, cleanliness. All in all, id like to thank the staff for their patience. Next time in Tokyo will try another APA as the brand seems convenient but want to see another location. Wish you all the best!

Cons: Hard to say without being too subjective and my purpose is being objective. Perhaps the situation with inly being 1 elevator, but no one died from waiting a few more minutes.
