An amazing property, spacious, clean and friendly

Pros: The property was spacious and comfortably fit out family of 4. It was extremely clean and the staff very friendly! The roof top lounges are a great place to relex and enjoy a coffee or a drink

Pros: Everything. Will stay at this chain again for sure. Staff super helpful, room was beautiful, and plenty of space for a Tokyo room.

Nice stay overall. More roomy than most Japanese accommodation in Tokyo

Pros: Size of the bedroom and coffee facilities. The roof top sitting areas was also very nice. Convenient location without the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku.

Cons: We booked for three people for 5 nights. My son only stayed for 2 nights. In japan, they charge per head not by room. They didnt offer a refund for the 3 days when we only had 2 people.

&HERE Shinjuki, a beautiful boutique style hotel

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel. Exceptionally welcoming and clean. The family room is large and spacious. Seperate toilet and bathroom was great. The staff were all extremely helpful.

Cons: Choosing a location in Tokyo is challenging. The location of this hotel may not suit everyone, however we found it very convenient to access multiple train station entries nearby and walking distance to main areas and food.

Great new hotel in convenient location with lovely staff.

Pros: Staff were lovely and very helpful. The terrace and free coffee was wonderful. The room was spacious for Tokyo and clean and new. The location is convenient to get around Tokyo easily.

Cons: Beds were a little hard but that’s normal in Japan. We were so exhausted from sightseeing every day that we barely noticed anyway.

Good new hotel, great location for Tokyo.

Pros: Central Location.Easy access to metro. Love the open bar space, but I wish they opened 24 hours.

Cons: We got the Japanese style room that fix 4 people. Its a relatively spacious room but because of the coffee table + chairs there is no room for the mattress. Understand the table & chairs need to be moved for the mattresses, but they were very heavy & bulky it makes it hard and we can't use the space efficiently. We also stayed in one of the room with the 4 bunk beds. Room size are the same as the Japanese style room but feel more specious because of the bunk bed settings.

Great location and good for families

Pros: Great space and size for a family with 2 kids. The kids loved the bunk beds

Cons: Even though on the quiet side of Shinjuku you can still hear people laughing or talking on the streets. I am a very light sleeper. My husband and kids had no problem. Also like all Japanese hotels you cannot switch off the ventilation fun making it very dehydrating but this is the same wherever you go. It must a a Japan thing
