Highly recommend, great value and good location

Pros: Excellent location! Great friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Rooms are small but everything is very well thought out and very convenient- you will find you do actually have enough space. Shower area was MASSIVE

It was cozy but small. The staff at the reception are friendly.

Pros: I like the location as it is near the train station and convenience stores.

Cons: I understand that hotel rooms in Japan are generally small. What I don’t like is the area where they placed the mugs, glasses, kettle etc is next to a toilet seat.

Fantastic, I only stayed one night but would definitely go back.

Pros: The cleanliness of the room, how spacious the bathroom was and the included toiletries were high quality. Location is also extremely convenient.

Pros: The main shinjuku station is only around 30 minutes by foot, as well there is a metro station nearby with easy access to Tokyo

Great placd to stay

Pros: Location was fantastic close to trains and places to eat. There was a little kitchen in room if we wanted to cook or have a cuppa. Room was good size and comfortable. Staff were very helpful on checkin

Pros: Spacious for Tokyo, short walk in quiet area away from busy streets, good for exploring Shinjuku

Pros: Great location, only 500m from the Maranouchi station which made it the perfect base to explore Tokyo. Also conveniently across from a laundromat and close to a post office and many great food spots. The room was spacious and the staff kindly cleaned the room and replaced the linen everyday. Highly recommend!

Great alternative to the massive buildings in Kabukicho

Pros: It was in a calmer, less touristy area of Shinkuku that was very nice to discover. Metro wan not far. Restaurants and convenience stores close by
