Hotel Rocks

Pros: The staff is the the best, 10 for the recepción staff. Tha girl was really helpful, great service

Comfort despite the obvious promiscuity of its intended use

Pros: Pleasantly suprised on how clean it was and quiet given the nature of the room and surroundings

Good value

Pros: The staff were really nice and very polite. The price was good and the place was clean.

Cons: The doors are thin so you can sometimes hear faint sounds of your neighbours hooking up if they are loud. But it's a love hotel, so it's to be expected.

It was pleasant for my first trip to Tokyo. As a solo traveler I felt safe.

Pros: Good location to walk lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance to Shinjuku Station.

Pros: The staff were amazing and super helpful. They made sure I had a very relaxing stay.

My Tokyo Visit.

Pros: The location was great. The area had great shopping and restaurants. Public transportation was close by and easy to access. The hotel staff were friendly and provided assistance with recommendations of sites to visit

Great are the staff, location, price and size of room for ONE.

Pros: No food at the hotel. Lots of food options near the hotel.

Cons: Took a bit to get used to having 10cm of space outside of the window.

Malgré tout très agréable et si je reviens l’année prochaine pour d’autres séminaires ou je le repre

Pros: Le personnel très sympathique et toujours présent pour nous apporter leurs aides

Cons: Chambre trop petite car en déplacement pour séminaire et passage de grade de Kendo manque de place, juste un peu plus grand m’aurais convenu Et le manque de petites étagères pour ranger un minimum pour quelqu’un restant 11 jours à l’hôtel

Divertido y cómodo

Pros: Me gustó mucho el trato recibido nada más llegar, con aperitivos y bebidas gratuitas. El personal ha sido un 10, súper amables y siempre atentos a cualquier petición. Habitación espaciosa, ordenada y muy limpia. Sin duda, si quieres estar en el ambiente de Shinjuku, Rocks es tu hotel.

Cons: No es negativo y se comprende, pero el sistema de dejar la llave al salir, es un poco incómodo.

I never write reviews but my stay here was so lovely and the staff were so kind I had to!

Pros: The hotel was beautiful! You can tell it is most likely an undercover love hotel BUT that doesn't matter, the rooms are so clean and gorgeous! Every time you leave for the first time of the day they ask if you'd like your room cleaned and if you want new amenities! The bed was huge and super comfy, I also loved the adjustable lights. The staff were so kind and always greeted me whenever they saw me even if it was just housekeeping! Most of the staff speak fluent English as well, good for foreigners. The location is also very convenient, right next to a lot of station entrances and the walk to the station is about 8 minutes. If I ever come back to Tokyo I will 100% be staying here again!

Cons: The only thing that was mediocre was just the wifi, it wasn't bad though. It would just be a little slow every once in a while. But was stable for the most part.
