Pros: It was right next to Shinjuku-sanchome station, prices are reasonable.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind, pretty good and comfortable stay.

Pros: Good location. Close to everything in Shinjuku. It's a simple place but perfectly adequate if you don't require much and you want the privacy of your own room and bathroom.

Cons: It was a very small room but I didn't require anything fancy and it was a reasonable price for a room with private bathroom. Would stay again.

Pros: Fair price for a place to stay in a heart of Shinjuku. If you love night life and Tokyo city lights this is the place to stay.

Cons: Room is a bit tiny especially bathroom but counting the fact on how much it cost I've got everything I've wanted.

A short walk to train or bus terminal

Pros: Second time short stay to move around. As usual friendly staff around

Simple, enough and cozy.

Pros: Receptionist was very polite and friendly. As a solo traveler, it was just great. My room was on 6th floor so it wasn't noisy. Δ°t's very central. So many facilities around. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel.

Pros: Great hotel. Lovely staff. Everything spotlessly clean. I stayed in Room 705. It is fairly small by European standards, but has everything you need. Fridge in the room, hairdryer, hairbrush/toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided, good pressure shower and the novelty of a Japanese heated seat toilet with bidet button. Lift to all floors. Coffee and tea available 24/7 via a machine downstairs. There’s also a smoking area downstairs and a vending machine for cold drinks just outside. Excellent location. 10mins to the main station. LGBT bar (women only at the weekend), Goldfinger, is opposite and stays open until 11pm weekdays and 4am on Fri and Sat, but it wasn’t noisy at all. I’m returning for the weekend and I was able to leave my luggage here whilst away for the week. Two Vegan restaurants 5 mins away. And a 7/11 to get snacks and tip up your Welcome Suica card for use on the metro and buses.

Pros: Wonderful little hotel minutes away from Shinjuku Station. It's a bit on the older side but it's still in really good condition. I read a lot of negative reviews regarding the small size of the rooms... but it's Tokyo, expect everything to be small! The staff were lovely. Upon check out we were also able to leave our bags behind the front desk for the whole day. The only negative thing is the price. It was a bit hefty, but considering we went during Cherry Blossom season it seems nothing was cheaper than what we got.

Excellent Location, Good Value for Money.

Pros: A Stone's Throw Away from Shinjuku-Nichome (for nightlife) and also very near to restaurants and convenience stores like Lawson. Walkable to Shinjuku main area (near the Shinjuku JR Station). Lobby serves free coffee, green tea and water, which is appreciated. Smoking area available in the hotel as well, thus reducing the need to leave the hotel. Good value for money - lower prices than other hotels in the vicinity, even though room is comparably sized.

Cons: No major complaints or concerns, really.
