Super polite staff, with good transporation links at an affordable pricing.

Pros: It was clean, with super helpful staff who accomodated us with a complimentary move from a smoking room to a non-smoking room, be sure to check this when booking as non-smokers this was an issue that nearly spoiled the stay. The train station is across the road, with convenience stores within a minute walk if you need anything that the hotel can't provide. It's also within 20 mins of Haneda airport via train or taxi, with a taxi costing around £15-20.

Cons: The smoking floors smelt quite bad, and if you spent too long on those floors/in those rooms it permeates your clothes, but the rooms do have de-odourizers to combat this which can help. It would've been amazing to have an iron or steamer in the room to allow us to use our full packed wardrobe, as the laundry service was quite expensive.
