Good food. Superb location. Polite and friendly staff. Nice amenities.

Pros: We loved the variety of food items they serve every morning. Superb location, just a few minutes walk from the JR Omori and the Omorikaigan train stations. The staff are super friendly and polite. Love the neighborhood as well. There's lot of restaurants in the area.

First stay after Haneda

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location in regards to Omori train station. A little difficult to get to from Haneda airport, but not too hard. Easy to check in after hours.

Cons: Mostly great. Breakfast is simple and rooms are small but tidy

Very happy with our stay

Pros: Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is available in the morning and saved us time having to go somewhere else. The room is clean. The distance to Omori station is only a few minutes walk.

Cons: The size of the room was OK for the family but would be better if bigger. Not a huge issue.

Pros: The room is very nice,so as the bathroom too.The toilet is very good too.I like the ideal location as it is close to the train station and some super markets.Also the free breakfast is also very good

Cons: Everything is pretty good except for the washing machine and the dryer because it take 300 yen to get everything done.
