I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Pros: Check in was easy Staff are very helpful and kind The room was big 5 minutes from the station The breakfast waa perfect so much variety There was a playground just up the road for our grandson which was awesome.

Pros: We took their free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. It was so convenient, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Comfortable stay with reasonable price

Pros: It was clean and comfortable to stay in and was a good price hotel. Also it was convenient as there was a convenience store nearby. There is a station about 10 minutes walk.

Pros: Everything was great, staff friendly and welcoming.

Cons: I bit of a hike with suitcases from the station (and no car access out front either) but aside from that excellent

Great location at a great price. Staff and room service so efficient and helpful.

Pros: The hotel staff were great, very responsive to messages and made our luggage forwarding,check in and check out a smooth process. Free toiletries, tea and DHC skincare! Convenient location and close to coin laundry, supermarket , Lawson, 7/11, Seiyu, the train station and airport bus.

Cons: There was a bad odour in the bathroom which we put up with. I wished we had a microwave but our room did have a small fridge, kettle and a safe. Other than that, I would've rated this place a 10 as it is such good value!

Pros: The view from 12th floor was amazing you could see the sky tree and Tokyo tower. The beds were comfy. The Haneda airport free shuttle was really convenient. The room size was just right for 4 people. The hotel is just 10min walk from JK subway line and KK line. There were lots of supermarkets around and combini stores.

Cons: The communal microwaves on all floors were really dirty and couldn't be used. The kettle in the room was not working properly and the mini fridge was freezing everything even at the lowest temperature. We had to throw away all the snacks we bought.

Pros: I liked that it was close to the train station, had plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Combini across the road, laundry mat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The staff were just friendly enough. Not bad service just bare minimum.

Pros: Did not try breakfast, the hotel is ocated close to train station so it convenient to explore options. It would be great if the hotel have a bar and lounge area for coffee and other entertainment.
