JR-East Hotel Mets Omori

The access to the metro and the mall with cafes and restaurants is unbeatable.

Pros: Location is great! There's an access to the metro and to the mall and there are a lot of restaurants around. Even though it's in not within the central touristy area like Shibuya, Ginza, etc., it's still very accessible via Keihin-Tohoku Line. Room is small for 2 pax with 4 luggage but we managed to still move around.

Cons: If my budget allows, I would have booked a bigger room but the next available big room has 2 beds I think. Extra pillows would be nice too.

Excellent staff, safe, quiet, clean and modern room & location.

Pros: Quiet - central to everywhere - lots of local food - supermarket and chemist nearby - rooms soundproofed, quiet and new. Staff were excellent, helpful and efficient.

Cons: Some of the local restaurants had a “store charge”, adding extra 10% to bills. Taxi drivers often didn’t turn meter on.

Enjoyable and content.

Pros: I like the location that it is just at the Omori train station. Facilities, amenities and cleanliness are excellent. Front desk service staffs are very helpful, friendly and full of energy.

Cons: Room runs abit small for the price but we are able to open our 24\

Convenient Location

Pros: The hotel is literally in the same building as the train station. Very convenient too.

Cons: None.

Super comfortable too

Pros: Super convenient location just outside the ticket gates at Omori station. There are plenty of shops and a huge supermarket in the same building as the hotel. There is also a big Ito Yokado department store about 10 minutes walk away. The room was perfectly clean and lots of free amenities are available in the lobby. My room was huge, with plenty of space for luggage and an enormous bed. Pillows were excellent. There are four washing machines on the 6th floor - ordinary cold water wash is 300 yen. You can even pay with Suika and check the progress of your load on your tv. There is a direct bus to Haneda airport from Oimachi station, which is one stop away from Omori station on the Keihin Tohoku line.

Cons: Nothing at all! The staff were all very kind when I asked questions. Keep in mind that check in and check out procedures are done using a machine in the lobby and you need to scan your passport in order to check in.

One of the best and love to come back again!

Pros: This was my first stay this time, but everything was excellent. The staff's response was fantastic. In terms of overall hotel facilities, room amenities, and services, it is the best among the hotels I have stayed at so far. The location is perfect; it's directly connected to the station, and being right in front of the station's ticket gate, I thought it would be hard to find a more convenient hotel.

Cons: Nothing that I did not like.
