Good value for money, close to train station
Pros: Good value for money in Tokyo, easy to get into the city by train, and hotel is right next to the station. Good public bath.
Cons: Room was a bit too small, but probably expected for Tokyo

Nice reliable hotel, exceptional breakfast
Pros: comfortable bed, nice and quiet, helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast room with stunning views, lovely variety of Japanese and western food, and even a glass of bubbly provided!!
Cons: rooms are always a little small, bathroom clean but not spotless

Pros: We really enjoy staying at APA hotels and are always happy to choose their properties. As usual, everything was excellent – the rooms were very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We especially loved the wonderful bathrobes provided to guests – they are definitely our favorite! We would also like to highlight the exceptional professionalism of the staff. We had forgotten a hat at another hotel in Kyoto and asked them to send it to the APA hotel. Thanks to the staff’s attentiveness and efficiency, the shipment was confirmed and we received the hat very quickly. We are extremely grateful for their help and care.

Very good!
Pros: The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was also so comfortable and clean. We could use the spa for free which was amazing and very relaxing. The location is a little far away from city center but very easy to take metro and it only takes 20-30 minutes to Shibuya and Shinkuju. There is also a shopping mall (Artre) very near to the hotel. There are a lot of opportunities there like eating, drinking, shopping, etc.
Cons: We know that it’s a bit hard to smoke in Japan and there are specific smoking areas but it would be nice if hotel had a smoking area (at least a standing ashtray outside of the facility) for guests who smoke. We couldn’t even find a trash to throw our butts away neither in front of the hotel outside nor at reception.

Very nice business hotel (ビジホ)
Pros: The room is very nice and clean, a lot of lighting controls near the bed for the desk/bedside/toilet/entrance which I appreciate. The lights are very bright too compared to other business hotels I've stayed in. 3 convenience stores and 2 supermarkets in the near proximity that are opened late at night is very convenient. Right next to Oomori station although the nearest exit (North) only have stairs and elevators so it's recommended to use the central exit with heavy luggage. I forgot something after checking out and the staff re-issued my room key which is an appreciated act.
Cons: During my stay in August I've had several encounters with mosquitos in the hotel lobby and room which was not that common during my other stays in Tokyo, insect repellent may be nice to have. Two elevators with no stairs access can lead to some waiting time to get in and out but these are about the only downsides I have.

Pros: The staff is absolutely kind and polite, they do everything to help and make a great stay.
Cons: English is a barrier, but it was one of the places in Japan that I found more staff speaking some English.

Good location, facility and staff.
Pros: Good location near to JR Omori station and also walking distance to Omori Kainan station of Keikyu to go to Haneda airport. 1F of hotel building is convenience store, 24 h open, very convenient. A lot of choice for restaurant near by. Staff is polite with good care with customers.
Cons: Clean and quiet circumstance.

Cons: The staff are very polite and very approachable, clean, and surrounded by supermarket and convenience store and it's really next to the train station...will recommend to anyone especially for solo traveller it's very friendly environment...
