My stay was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.
Pros: Fantastic location just a 2 minute walk from Gotanda station. Spacious and very clean rooms with a family mart literally just outside the lobby.
Cons: My room was the same level as the train tracks and was quite loud. Room not terribly sound proof. Not just the train noise itself, but the overly loud chimes and announcements from the station. I would probably request to stay on the opposite side of the hallway next time.

I can get a quick respond from the hotel staff when I send the enquiry to them, very appreciate about that.
Pros: Staff have a good communication staff and language skill. Polite and positive
Cons: As the lowest temp of air con is 15 degrees, sometimes feel hot in my room.

Great location, efficient and friendly staff
Pros: Excellent location and there's a family mart right next to hotel lobby. Friendly and efficient staff.
Cons: The toilet had a smell and I had to use my own toilet mist.

Location is amazing, Lawson downstairs was very handy,
Pros: Location is amazing, staff were very helpful, Lawson downstairs, on the main JR line for the most popular attractions
Cons: Rooms were very tight for the triple rooms but nothing else. Very small feedback.

Nice but a bit small room
Pros: Nice clean room, friendly staff and excellent location. Breakfast was great 👍
Cons: The room was really small and had a weird layout. Normally 9 m2 is enough for me, but thanks to the room layout I did not have enough room for my suitcase. Kind of okay considering the price though...

Worth the price, promising location, great staff
Pros: -very valuable convenient location near station -worth the money -necessary stores nearby like family mart, drug store, tier B supermarket and department store of Tokyu chain, local chain restaurant like saizeriya, Donki, yamato branch, little far Bookoff chain store -Gotanda station is not a big station for now so less confusion and easy to understand (not like tier S shinjuku or tokyo etc) -you can go to other tier s station from here in couple of minute (but aware of rush hour train pack) -foreigner welcome staff with proper attitude -everyday room cleaning -provide 8 coin laundry machines with 8 coin dryer machine -window can open for ventilation -workable proper WIFI with no re-login -200m near hotel has small river for you to relaxation stroll
Cons: -no walkable family friendly entertainment place; like arcade crane game nearby -floor 5 hallway always smell strong cigarette -bed quite a hard type one. Pillow, blanket and towel are not a fluffy type -Not a smart TV for you to open youtube or netflix -Standard small compact bathroom with toilette, no Japanese style sitting place for clean your body -In winter, you cannot adjust room AC mode, its always heater. It may not familiar to someone from warm habitat Improvement suggestion -bedding set can be improve for more comfortable experience -TV can be improve for next generation behavior -It will be very nice if there is small boutique onsen (tier B is more than enough even extra charge cost inside hotel) -coin laundry and dryer is very good -still have room for improvement -can improve for more cashless option like IC card which more friendly and convenient for foreigner -dryer can improve for more efficiency generation machine which consume less time -can improve for watching the data like available machine, time for finish of every machine from hotel TV -smoking area can move to somewhere that has less effect the hotel atmosphere -opportunity for family friendly arcade center in this area -My personal opinion -Staffs are excellent I give 10/10 , but hotel uniform and color make it so official in polite color atmosphere so I suggest some fresh colorful accessory or gorgeous-looking color ornament that help make more lively and refreshing.

Excellent location
Pros: We stayed in this hotel in 3 different occasions during our 11 days in Tokyo. We liked the location of the hotel where it is close to JR/metro station, convenient store, supermarket, Donki, drug store and many restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful everytime we need help. The room is bigger than I expected and we were able to open 3 suitcases at a time. The beds are big enough for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Even though its proximity to train station, we didnt hear any noise from our room. Will stay again next time in Tokyo. Highly recommended.

Great value for money

Cons: The house keeping staff didn't refill the green tea tea bags after we have consumed in a couple of occasions and we need to get it from reception.
