Pros: Great location, easy to get around and good food all round. Room was comfortable with many thoughtful subtle designs.

Perfect location. Great amenities. Couldn’t imagine how it could be better to be honest.

Pros: The location in particular was the best I could have chosen given it was my first time in japan. It made navigating the transport so much easier, and it is the perfect place for a first time visitor in Japan.

Super convenient location and excellent facilities

Pros: Excellent location, directly above the station with all its shops and cafes. Very comfortable beds, a super useful laundry room plus a vending machine room with a microwave. Even better was the amazing range of amenities in the lobby - onsen bath salts, facial sheet masks and a variety of teabags amongs the supplies on offer.

Good Location and Big Space

Pros: It was easy to move using the Yamanote Line; you also didn't have to deal with long transfers carrying your luggage. The room had good soundproofing windows. The breakfast was pretty good with 3 set menus per day plus a couple of items on the buffet. The Wi-Fi worked great, and I could work remotely without issues. You had a desk and a chair, and even a back massage device available. The bathroom had a big bathtub.

Cons: There was a light above the sink that couldn't be turned off, even at night. The mini fridge also had a light. My workaround was to remove the card from the entrance when I went to bed, but I should probably have asked the staff.

Location is King close to everything!

Pros: Location is absolutely perfect. Super clean room with great value breakfast. Best hotel so far in Tokyo!

Pros: The location is excellent. Right next to metro. Easy to find groceries, restaurants, etc. Staff is very helpful.

Wonderful hotel with great location, amenities, and staff!

Pros: Location was perfect; in the train station but no problem with noise. Rooms are good size for Tokyo. They also have slightly elevated bed so suitcases can be stored underneath.

Nice hotel that's good value for money with an excellent location.

Pros: Fantastic location on top of Gotanda station so really close to the Yamanote line (and you still don't really hear anything from the trains except an occasional low rhythmic thumping), nice room with a great bathroom, good a/c, access to good washing machines in the hotel, clean and good quality overall.

Cons: Only minor gripe is there's no real place to hang wash if you've washed things that can't be dried in the machine. No washing line like other hotels have. But the a/c is do effective I just hung it up at the entrance by the jackets on the coat hangers and it dried up very well still.
