Lovely hotel in a good location. Don't buy the breakfast.

Pros: The rooms, although small, were very comfortable. I had a lovely view of Tokyo out of my bedroom window and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

Cons: The breakfast was awful. I wish I hadn't paid to have it included.

I don’t want this hotel to become too popular and ruin our chances of getting a room next time.

Pros: Staff and facilities are amazing . We have stayed here on two separate trips to Japan and will continue to stay here .

Worth it for money

Pros: The hotel location is great, not far away from central, easy to access public transport. Staff is really helpful, polite. They take time to explain anything to you and guide you through to services patiently

Cons: The room is small for 4 of us

Pros: Modern & clean hotel with a view of Fuji from the cafe. For dog lovers a great place as the hotel is pet friendly so you might meet some furry friends during the day in the lobby. The room layout was good so it doesn’t feel as small as it is in sqm. The hotel is close to the Gotanda station so it’s convenient to reach other parts of the city via the Yamanote line.

Cons: A bit on the pricey side given what it offers for people without pets

Great location and wonderful modern feel with Japanese style

Pros: Location to the JR line was really convenient. The vendor room for all amenities were great and the staff plus feel of the place was wonderful.

Cons: The bed was uncomfortable as the ac was facing the bed which made us catch a cold unfortunately. The room size was smaller than other places but was clear would be this way.

Pros: The room was exceptional and great location to Gotanda train station. Food and restaurants close by. Highly recommend and will be booking another stay ASAP.
