Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Tokyo Premier

Pros: Exceeded my expectations for a last minute hotel choice. Delightful and experienced multi lingual front desk staff. It has everything you expect from a Japanese hotel! Would stay here again.

Great location, Balcon is not as advertised but is a nice enough outlook over cocktails.

Pros: Location was great, walking distance to everything and some wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby

Cons: I sought to take a meeting in the restaurant and just order coffee but was told I had to pay for a full breakfast to do so. The coffee was not a Latte just drip / filter coffee and whilst the breakfast was ample, a buffet style or al a carte choice would have been more appropriate.i would like to think I could have ordered a coffee and also sit to take my meeting without interruption. I suspect the waiter did not understand my request. Our room was not as ‘superior’ as expected. I cannot however fault staff for resolving my booking.com error to mitigate my cancellation fee (human error)

A convenient stay in Tokyo!

Pros: The location and the services were great! The staff very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was silent.

Pros: Excellent location, very friendly staff, room was very clean and good size for two people. Lots of shops around, and excellent cafe across the road for breakfast. Had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good too.

Pros: There is my 2nd time staying at the property. Good central location, easily accessible to anywhere via Uber/ walking/ taking the Metro. It's located in an upscale discreet corner of Roppongi, that's central, yet away from the buzz of Roppongi crowd. Good breakfast dining option, easily world-class curated meals. I am into fitness, the gym is well-provided for, with an array of equipments I could use. Good value for money, considering Tokyo has one of the world's most expensive hotel rates. 5-star rated hotel, one need not look for big-name prestigious hotel unless they need a pool. Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Tokyo Premier is the one to go to.

Pros: Fantastic hotel with an excellent location. The staff are very friendly, and everything works perfectly. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Good hotel but not ideal bathroom layout

Pros: A modern hotel and our corner room was large for Tokyo standards. It had 3 large windows which allowed a great view of the Tokyo skyline, Including the Tokyo tower. Breakfast was good and the service was efficient. Staff remembered that my mother was gluten free and always accommodated her allergies.

Cons: The bathroom was a strange layout, which meant you entered the room into the bathroom. It wasn’t separated from the rest of the entrance. On leaving the hotel heading right towards roppongi station isn’t the best neighbourhood - it’s rather sleazy with touts outside many buildings for massages and bars. Exiting the hotel and turning left towards the Tokyo tower is a more upmarket neighbourhood, but this metro station is further. Not a real problem but something to be aware of.

Pros: Everything! This place was incredible and so luxurious. Great location, helpful staff, amenities and more. Luggage storage too
