Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Roppongi

Pros: Room is spacious and very clean. Well stocked and cleaned regularly. Elevator is fast and concierge services are efficient as well.

Cons: Few surrounding restaurants and shops around the hotel.

I will stay here again.

Pros: In the heart of Roppangi..walkable to most places to eat and drink, quiet neighbourhood...over all it was smooth staying here. Room was small as is the case with most Tokyo Hotels but it was well laid out and did not feel cramped. Ample room was made for 1 person to stay comfortably. It will be a a bit cramped for 2 people and more. Very clean. Easy front desk staff and the complimentary coffee voucher was a god send at 5 am . Do note that in most hotels, including this one , the front main doors are in operational without the room access card between 1am-7am). I didnt know and struggled as the only way to get in is to connect with front desk via intercomm which I wasn't aware. Luckily there was a guest exiting and i managed to use the door.

Cons: Room feels a bit cramped but you get used to it very quickly so nothing to complain really.

Pros: Great location close to train station and Roppongi Hills with lots of shopping and restaurants in the vicinity

Cons: Room size, Costa Coffee machine in Lounge was always out of order

Well presented and very comfortable rooms- staff were wonderful, helpful and kind

Great good value for money hotel in perfect location for exploring Tokyo

Pros: Pleasant hotel with clean, modern, spacious rooms. The location is perfect for exploring Tokyo, with the metro station right underneath the hotel. Several good restaurants and a convenience store can also be found in the mall connected to the hotel. TeamLab Borderless and Tokyo Tower are within walking distance as well. This hotel offers very good value for money, by Tokyo standards. If you have doubts about which neighbourhood is the best for a multi day stay in Tokyo, look no further. This is it, as from here you can reach Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, the harbour area, Asakusa, and Akihabara all easily.

Cons: The size of the room is small, but that probably is normal for Tokyo.

Pros: The room had a quite good size. It was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Subway station just a few steps from the hotel. It was a good choice.

Clean, comfy, welcoming, quiet, good location.

Pros: Very comfortable, right by a subway station & restaurants, very welcoming staff, excellent room sizes, great shower & bathroom.

Cons: It was a shame there was such a high extra surcharge to use the gym & that if you had tattoos you’d have to cover them up.
