Airport layover

Pros: Easy to find. Friendly staff who spoke English. Comfortable, clean and well stocked.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Simple, clean, great location for transiting traveller

Pros: Close to Tokyo station so perfect for an overnight stay after flying in and before heading to Nagano. Although right near train line windows well insulated so no noise issues at all. Food options for quick meal right nearby and perfect position to run and do lap of Imperial palace before taking train.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Clean, simple rooms with everything you need.

Pros: I liked the design, the room was clean and quiet, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons: I personally wasn't a fan of the pillow, but that is just my personal preference. I usually sleep with 2 to lift my head due to health reasons, they only provide one and it's very hard. However, if that is someone's preference, they will also enjoy this.

Perfect choice to stay near Tokyo station

Pros: Good location near the Tokyo station, staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, everything was clean, a lot of small details that made my stay comfortable

Cons: The room temperature at the room was way too warm; lack of space for a big suitcase

Pros: The bed and pillow were great, I had no trouble sleeping. The room was of good size, enough space for the luggage and to move about. The staff were all nice and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast was not varied. Did not have staple Japanese breakfast foods like onigiri. The window opens to an inner small courtyard and not much natural light coming in.
