A nice hotel which offered a good breakfast and afternoon treats

Pros: So clean and in a nice part of town, a bit more village like than downtown high rise buildings

Great location and stay

Pros: The location was wonderful and close to a lot of restaurants, tourist attractions, and shopping. I enjoyed the lounge in the afternoon/evenings and the coffee machine throughout the day was very useful. The rooms were a really good size and the view was spectacular.

Cons: The breakfast was nice, but too expensive for what was on offer compared to other breakfasts we had in Japan so glad we only had it one morning.

Pros: Breakfast is excellent. Great variety. Japanese and western. A bit expensive. Great location. Loved being close to temples, shopping and train station and skytree.

Good breakfast and love the free amenities.

Pros: The location was close to shopping district and train station. Love the Netflix on the TV! The lobby was spacious and roomy. Breakfast was nice although noodle station has forgotten our order!

Cons: The room was very tight for 3 people to open 3 suitcases. It was hard to move around comfortably.

Wondeful stay. Will definitely go back to this hotel in the future.

Pros: Perfect location. Room with a very nice view of tokyo skytree and sensoji temple. We were given a corner room which was very nice. Very near shopping areas, convenience stores and grocery stores. Very relaxed atmosphere. No need to go very far to experience different aspects of the city.

Cons: Wifi keeps disconnecting. No english channel on tv. I hope they would at least connect to either NHK world or CNN. Other than these, no issues at all.

Wonderful stay, would come again.

Pros: Staff were always efficient and courteous and happy to help. We had luggage sent on via Yamato and they handled the paperwork for us and they arrived on time in Hakuba. Our request for a room with a view was granted and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, would go again.

Cons: An option to change towels and empty the bins each day would have been a great option for room cleaning.

Perfect stay and will definitely go back again next trip.

Pros: Very convenient and Uniqlo is right at the ground floor and restaurants and donki is around the corner. Lots of other souvenirs and restaurants around the area. Perfect.

Cons: Needs to go to 5th floor when going to the hotel.
