Great location, staff and hotel.

Pros: We found the locations was excellent and the staff were amazing.

Cons: Being a tall couple the bed was on the small side.

Pros: The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was also nice and they have all kinds of free amenities on the ground floor. I've had the best sleep here. The breakfast was also delicious. I've had the Japanese breakfast every day. Thank you kindly!

Cons: The 1-person smoking shack, but it can't be helped due to the size.

Pros: Staff really helpful and good facilities. it helps if you can speak a bit of Japanese

Very clean hotel and rooms. Value for money.

Pros: Friendly and very helpful staff. Even though it is a 3 star hotel, not new, it is very clean and neat hotel. They clean the rooms and they change lines every day. A shared washer/dryer is also provided. There are 3 breakfast sets that are complete and delicious. Great location near a metro/train station and about 8-10 minutes walk from the Akihabara area

Cons: Very very small rooms. Breakfast is served in the basement.

Amazing stay with amazing location

Pros: Very new experience with giving the room key to the reception every time you head out but it works really well. The receptionists were very nice and the breakfast option was amazing.

Pros: Easy walk to subway . Very clean. Free coffee. Good breakfast. Convenience stores very close, staff lovely and so helpful. 2 pillows. Lights can be operated from bed, power outlets near bed

Cons: Very small room and bathroom, can hear everytime rooms nearby flush toilet. Have a shower or have a bath, the noise of running water woke me up or kept me awake. For some reason the air con was on heat and could not be changed so room became very stuffy and hot even with it turned off.

Pros: The staff were so kind and helpful, always willing to find a solution for your request. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities that you could need.

Cons: The rooms were small so not ideal if travelling with a suitcase. Would advise that you bring a soft case.
