Pros: Clean. Accommodated a family of 5. Was very conveniently placed to get around In Tokyo.
Cons: The main mattress and pillows were a little lumpy but nothing that spoilt the stay.

A short walk from the metro, all mids cons close by-including two stations.
Pros: Such a handy location- right on Ginza Line. Our room was great- had more than what we needed. Would be good for a longer stay.
Cons: I didn’t not like anything

Pros: Quiet neighbourhood with easy assibility to convenience stores and supermarkets. Comes with washer and shower-dryer for daily laundry cycles.
Cons: The google map location wasn't precise, drivers had to circle a few times to find the exact location.

Amazing
Pros: Location was excellent, across the street from 7-11 and a supermarket, one block away from another supermarket, amazing commuter/local lunch options within a few steps (curry, Ramen, and a great Taiyaki counter next door!)). 5 min walk from two metro stations. For the price cannot beat the location, would definitely book again when exploring the north side of Tokyo!

Tons of space for 2 people, and the washing machine was really useful
Pros: We chose to spend a little more on our accommodation to use this hotel, as we noticed the amount of space was significantly larger than a lot of the other rooms that we could get in Tokyo over the same period. This is basically a complete apartment. There was plenty of space to organise suitcases & shopping, and we really appreciated the washing machine and that the bath room had a drying function. I really liked the bath and shower too, the bath helped me soothe my feet after so much walking around each day. After a busy holiday staying in smaller hotels across different cities in Japan, it was a great base for our final stint of shopping and exploration in Tokyo - quite close to a train station, and convenient for visiting shops and food places in Akihabara on foot too. I also enjoyed that it was possible to visit the roof. We headed up there on our last night, and looked over the street with hot drinks from a nearby Lawson.
Cons: It took a while to get someone's attention to check out - the front desk could maybe do with a bell or something to get the attention of the staff. Luckily we weren't in that much of a hurry to leave, but for people who are on a tight schedule when leaving, this might be a bit awkward. Additionally, the area that the bathroom mirror and sink is in (outside the bath and shower) was very cold, which was a bit unpleasant. Luckily the bath room had a heating function, so it was not an issue while in the bath or shower, just when entering or leaving. We didn't mention this to the staff while there, so perhaps they might have been able to do something about it, but it wasn't that much of an issue to raise it.

Pros: The room is big for the standards of Japan. The unique thing is that each floor has only 1 room, which gives vibes of exclusivity. The location is also good. It is 3min walk from Ginza Line (which is one of the best subway line in Japan), and Akihabara main street is just round the corner (about 10 mins walk).
Cons: The reception isn't manned most of the time..but the staff do appear if you give a shout.

Pros: The room was perfect for a family. 4 star quality all the way. Great beds, very clean and great space for Japan.
Cons: The location was good for the subway station and the 7eleven across the road so had everything you needed. It just didn’t think through the area and you a young family it meant we spent all our time leaving the area.
