Great stay in a good location

Pros: You could choose which bathroom amenities you needed from the reception area so as to not waste anything. Breakfast offered a good Japanese variety and also a take away coffee, perfect when you wanted to be up and out. It is close to the subway which is a bonus.

Cons: Our second room wasn’t ready when we arrived ( despite arriving after the specified check in time). As we had 2 rooms and were heading straight out, it wasn’t a problem, but for people coming straight from a long haul flight this could have been frustrating.

Great overall, w/ great n free breakfast

Pros: Personnel was super nice. They have free continental breakfast which is delicious and very complete, they have several amenities like unlimited water bottles, Japan is a lot of walking so this is nice, and even though there is a language barrier, the workers always found a way to help .

Cons: The rooms are a little bit small, but that’s a rule in Japan

Great price with buffet breakfast included and lovely room. Would recommend this to friends

Pros: Loved the buffet breakfast and free calligraphy class. Great location, quiet but clean and close to all attractions and train station. Staff were all lovely.

Cons: Quilt covers were slippery and were hard to sleep under and would slip around at night.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that is served daily.

Pros: Good location which is near the train station. Other than that, the daily complimentary breakfast was a plus with the free flow bottled water.

Cons: Breakfast time started a bit late at 7 am.

Pros: Good location, but the room was extremely small. A big plus is the breakfast- filling and tasty, and the staff was very kind, which made the stay pleasant.

Cons: Small room
