Everything is o, and all the staff are very supportive and friendly

Pros: Location, near Akasaka station . And the lounge is pretty good. Truly recommend it to everyone who stay here for business

Cons: Nothing!（ I just forgot to check if the room had a bathtub. 🤣

We travelled to shibuya, akiharbra, ikikubouro and shinjuku from our stay

Pros: The location is good not too far from main tourist attractions with a little district down the road from the hotel they also offer luggage transfer so if your planning on travelling the country not limited to the bags

Cons: I didn’t run into any issue the staff were friendly and helpful and if your visiting the rooms aren’t an issue as you will be tired from all the walking you do and travellz

Pros: How close it was to metro station so you could get anywhere in Tokyo. Plenty of food choices nearby. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons: The dryer took ages to dry our clothes, over 2h and it was only some pyjamas and tops, nothing heavy. Then we had to hang them up in the room as they still weren't dry.

Pros: The room was a great size and the bathroom was a normal walk in bathroom - not a capsule. The initial walk up the hill was a little daunting but was good exercise after dinner each night.

Cons: As we didn't take the breakfast option we were not able to access the lounge area during the period they were serving breakfast. The only place to sit was in a small area at reception and a lot of times were surrounded by tour groups waiting to leave for the day. Great having a laundry room but I think the dryers need replacing as they take a long time to dry the clothes

Wonderful staff

Pros: Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. Rooms are simple as you’d expect in Japan but perfectly clean and comfy. Great quiet location in a nice neighbourhood and business district, with easy access to Metro (take the outdoor public lift/elevator). The lounge for use from 10am-10pm is great if you need a bit of space or refreshments. (I also got my check out date wrong, and they were very accomodating to solve my mistake and no need to change rooms!)

Nice place, close to train

Pros: The location was close to the akasaka train station. Staff very nice.

Cons: Beds are hard and the bathroom in the room was glass walls that were frosted but lit up the whole room when turning the light on.

comfortable, quiet, nice hotel

Pros: The products used for breakfast were good. It was nice to have coffee and tea constantly. The disposable products were good and easy to access.

Cons: The location was not good. Places to visit were not within walking distance. The staff is very punctual. If the room is available, you can check in 15-20 minutes early. Many hotels provide this as a courtesy.

Cons: We stayed 7 nights The breakfast was about the same every day with just some changes of fruits, different ways of cooking eggs . limited variety Don t look forward to breakfast
