Comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood

Pros: Tiny room as expected for Tokyo but still very comfortable, location is decent altho entrance is a bit hard to find cause of the construction going on. Neighbourhood is lovely too and a lot to explore. Great staff too. Would recommend for solo travellers as rooms look a bit too small for couples.

Calm, comfortable hotel perfect for 5 days in Tokyo

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located for accessing the nearby metro stations (Akasaka and Tameike-sanno) which give you access to all the best parts of the city. The room was very clean and comfortable and has everything you would need for a few days in Tokyo, we really liked having a small table in the room to sit at and plan our days! The staff were always friendly and greeted you warmly everyday. The hotel maintains a calm environment, which is nice to return to after a busy day of sightseeing in the bustling streets of Tokyo. The check-in and check-out experience was also very smooth.

Cons: We liked everything!

Great location and service

Pros: The location was excellent, its in the center of Tokyo, with easy access to all the main tourist spots and shopping areas (just 10-30 minutes by train). The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons: There was some construction nearby so it could get a little noisy in the morning. The hotel is being renovated so a few of the laundry machines were out of service.

Pros: I like that it was really close to the Ginza line at Akasaka station, and within a short walk from the Chiyoda line. Found some good eats in the area as well. I appreciate the laundry amenities and the fresh towels daily. I felt safe in the area and in the hotel.

Cons: They were doing construction so I had to keep my blinds closed in the morning coz workers have passed by my window. But since i was most of the day, didn't really encounter any noise.

Great stay

Pros: Great location - central, but quiet, metro station just a few minutes away. Great facilities, kind staff.

Cons: Rooms are on a small side, but that’s usual for Japan.
