Grea overnight stay.

Pros: Good location and easy to get around. Breakfast was comprehensive.

Cons: Difficult to find the entrance. It is on the 36 floor. Rooms are small.

Location, experience, views, all 10/10 and look forward to returning.

Pros: Great experience. Staff very friendly, well organised and thoughtful. Incredible views of the entire city with the most amazing sunsets over Mount Fuji. Well located away from busy tourist traffic. Great local restaurants within 100m radius.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Genuinely a great experience. If i had to say something it would be that the Hotels profile and description is very humble in my opinion. An improvement would be if the hotel could provide a service to arrange airport transport.

Enjoyed it a lot, will think about rebooking on my next trip to Japan.

Pros: The property has amazing views but only if you choose specific rooms - slightly more pricey but completely worth it. It is connected to Lalaport who which has everything! The bus to airport is right outside .. it has a public bath in the property. We enjoyed our stay !!

Cons: A little dark in the corridors on guest room floors . No where to refill drinking water

Great experience and will certainly stay again next year.

Pros: Beautiful room overlooking the bay with views of Mount Fuji in the distance. Breakfast well organised and good quality food. All the staff we encountered were really helpful. Would not hesitate to return.
