Pros: The room was clean, and there were multiple convenience stores nearby.

Cons: The lower part of the window frame was about knee height, and the windows swung out when opened. My 7yo discovered this. Luckily, the 7 - and 4 year old weren't playing rough as they could have both gone out. We were on the 9th floor. For a family room, I'm not sure why they don't have locks in the window. It might be their standards dont require them in Japan?

Good place for you to visit Tokyo

Pros: Good Staff and service , really convenient location to anywhere of Tokyo. Also legal smoke spot close by .

Cons: We stayed 9F, the water pressure not as strong as expected. still acceptable!

Excellent hotel for families.

Pros: Pretty much everything. The location was very convenient (we got the limousine bus from the airport, and it stopped just a few minutes walk away). The staff were very nice.

Cons: The room was small but that didn’t matter- we had everything we needed

Pros: This Mimaru was in a great location. Close to 3 different subway stations between 5-10mins each. Lawsons across the road, 7/11 close by and a great coffee shop (Single O) and bakery (Boulangerie Django) along with other restaurants and small grocery store. Nice quiet area. Property is small, clean and cosy. Very welcoming & comfortable. Small laundry room downstairs. Staff were efficient helping us to ship our luggage, they filled out the forms and we could pay at reception.

Cons: Nothing.
